Stahlwerk Germany grants a full guarantee on many products against material or manufacturing defects. This applies regardless of the statutory warranty periods. We replace any tool that has material or manufacturing defects (see also our terms of sale, delivery and payment). If there are material or manufacturing defects, please send us your tool free of charge via your specialist dealer. After checking, we will replace your tool or repair it free of charge if there is a material or manufacturing defect. The guarantee on hand tools is 30 years. The guarantee on pneumatic tools is 10 years. The warranty on electric and cordless tools/machines is 3 years.
